Ballet is beneficial for your health as a form of physical exercise by increasing strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health, balance, social skills, and memory. Everyone is welcome to try a class, regardless of previous experience, age, or athleticism. You will learn basic ballet skills, jumps, turns, vocabulary, and artistry in a low-pressure environment.
