Class Description
This exercise class uses dance to get moving and stay active! No prior dance experience is required and the class is appropriate for participants 12 and up. Students will use dance to gain strength, increase flexibility and range of motion, raise their heart rate, and improve coordination. DanceFIT is a great way to get in shape or to supplement an existing exercise program. Having fun while getting active increases the likelihood of staying active, so come dance with us!
Note: June and July Classes will have a slightly different schedule. Check the calendar for dates!
